Making Tofu Even Better!
I've been wanting to try this for so long, but I seem to always forget to get medium firm tofu at the store. And I have my staple way of preparing tofu so I guess it's easy to forget! Well, the other day I watched one of Mary's what I ate in a day videos and she froze, thawed and refroze the tofu, but instead of breading it she made a marinade similar to Nashville hot chicken and then baked it. It looked so good that I knew I had to try and make something similar!
I froze, thawed and refroze some medium tofu and decided to go Asian in flavor. I baked the tofu first with no sauce, and then I put it in a baking dish and poured over a little sauce made with all kinds of Asian style condiments I have in my fridge!
