Some Stuff I Ate
Here is the recipe again if anyone is interested. They're so, so delicious!
this recipe. I got the almond and coconut flour in the bulk section, and I ground my own flaxmeal so this loaf cost under two dollars to make. It looks weird because the recipe called for five eggs, so I made flax eggs, and also 1/4 cup of flaxmeal so that's a lot of flax! Also I don't have a loaf pan so I just put it on parchment paper and baked it in a casserole dish. But it tastes pretty dang good, and because of the flax it has a nutty, kind of whole wheat flavor. It's a lot more dense than regular bread, but I've learned that's to be expected with gluten free.
