But with all the potatoes I eat, I love learning new ways to make them!<br />I was shocked when I moved here and saw that we only have a bin for garbage. I see that houses around me have recycling, but when I walk by other apartment buildings most are like mine with just the garbage dumpster. It's very upsetting, and has really made me think a lot more about what I buy, and packaging and all of that. She calls them potato squashers and they are a family favourite at my place!<br /><br />I really admire how good you are at making homemade versions of your favourite things! Definitely better for the wallet. And the environment given that you don't have recycling.
