Most basic version:
1/4 c tahini
1TB miso (light color, or if darker color start with like two tsp before adding more)
1 TB either lemon juice or rice wine vinegar (i use juice of 1/4 lemon)
1/4 c very warm water, maybe less if you want it thicker

Add all to a jar and shake the hell out of it.
Taste and add a little sweetner or more lemon. If gets too thick overnight in fridge add a splash warm water and remix. Whisk or blender is awesome and makes more creamy than jar and shaking.
I make 2xs batch and keeps in fridge all week easily.

Optional tasty additions:
Fresh grated or pressed garlic, one clove
Fresh cilantro, tho makes dressing more perishable so only add to what eating that night.

It’s amazing on any kind of veggies and i swear if i only had this dressing and celery as my veggies for a week straight i would be happy.
Ttrockwood Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06663703136044038950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4710502269072433078.post-75574763445213923812019-01-08T07:47:38.196-08:002019-01-08T07:47:38.196-08:00Sooooo many good things about this bowl!Sooooo many good things about this bowl!Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04562457743187386722noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4710502269072433078.post-73011635611291631602019-01-07T02:55:45.977-08:002019-01-07T02:55:45.977-08:00You know I've never made a miso tahini sauce. ...You know I've never made a miso tahini sauce. I’ve been going through an intense miso tahini dressing phase for a while now- with no end in sight! It’s so good i make a big batch at a time, keeps well a few days- you could totally do the same with this sauce too!
Ttrockwood Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06663703136044038950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4710502269072433078.post-87039004577355270072019-01-05T12:46:08.347-08:002019-01-05T12:46:08.347-08:00Sauces are really the best, aren't they?
