|Chickpea pancake with green dragon sauce|
recipe. I subbed carrot for sweet potato, did not add red peppers because bell peppers should NEVER be cooked, and I used tempeh bacon instead of vegan sausage. I served mine with rice, a little raw red onion and green dragon sauce. I highly recommend this dish. It's so smoky and deep and rich. I think I like The Happy Pear's recipe better than the original Vegetarian Times recipe which is saying a lot!!
